QuizCV Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with our services and if you have a positive balance under your account, you can request for a refund within 120 days from the day you have added money into your account. In that case, only the remaining, non-used part of your balance will be returned (a small transaction fee may be applied mainly due to money transferring costs and the changes in foreign exchange) Since QuizCV.com is offering non-tangible irrevocable services we do not issue refunds once the credit in your balance is used for taking some services like taking a quiz. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon using any of the services at our site.

However, we realize that exceptional circumstance can take place with regard to the character of the services we supply:

• non-delivery of the service: due to some issues, if QuizCV cannot deliver the service it aims to deliver, we recommend contacting us for assistance. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Billing department in writing within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the service will be considered given.

Please note that we do not bear any responsibility and therefore we do not satisfy any refund/return/exchange requests based on incompatibility of our services with some third-party software (browsers, plug-ins, add-ons, modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc) other than those which are specified as compatible.
